1. How does BBL Coaching actually work?

Your consult call gives us a full picture of your goals, lifestyle and training history so we can build a plan that fits your life. From there, everything is delivered inside our custom app - training, nutrition targets, check-ins, messaging and progress tracking. Your program is fully tailored & we review ALL your data with each check-in (sleep, energy, stress, cycle, digestion, photos, performance) and adjust fast so you don’t waste time. You’re supported by a team of coaches, plus the BBL community. It’s real coaching, not a PDF.

2. Will this work for ME?

Yes, if you follow the plan and communicate! Most people don’t fail from lack of effort, they fail because they don’t know what to change. We track your data, make targeted adjustments and keep your progress moving when things stall. We only take on women we know can get results. If you’re committed and coachable, this will work!

3. How long until I see results?

Most clients feel and see early changes within 2 weeks. By 16 weeks, you will have drastically transformed your strength, shape and body composition. 

4. What makes BBL different?

Most “online coaching” is a workout program and a weekly message. We’re a coaching team - two coaches, two perspectives and a system built around your lifestyle. We teach you how to train effectively, fuel properly and build a physique you can maintain. We’ve worked with thousands of women, so we know how to get results even if you’ve got a chaotic schedule, you’re a shift worker, a busy mum, or can only get to the gym 3 days a week. We tailor everything to you.

5. How much does coaching cost?

BBL Coaching is an investment because what you learn through your coaching experience will allow you to continue to get results and maintain them long term. Everything is custom - you’re paying for personalised training, nutrition, daily coach access, ongoing adjustments, education, accountability and a system that actually works long term. A PT charges $70–$100 for one hour, we coach you every day. We’re upfront about cost and happy to find a solution that fits your budget, but we never sell a service that won’t get results.
